The BISD Homecoming Parade is happening Monday 10/19 at 5:45 p.m.
The Pam Worlow Memorial Run will be held on October 24th, 2026 at 8:30am in Downtown Bridgeport, Texas. All proceeds from the event will go to the Bridgeport Education Foundation. The Bridgeport Education Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public corporation that was created to support the educational programs for both the students and staff of the Bridgeport Independent School District.
This is not a chipped race. To ensure that maximum funds are raised, the event will be organized and timed by local volunteers!

The candy trail starts at 5:00 PM. The streets will be closed for safety. Bring your candy bucket and enjoy the walk along the sidewalks, collecting candy from the downtown merchants! This is a free, family-friendly event hosted by Main Street and the Main Street merchants.
